Pain in between contractions?
So I’ve been having on/off contractions today and I thought in between them you get ‘a break’ which meant no pain or anything lol. Im still suuuper uncomfortable (kind of feel crampy like I’m on my period/vag hurts and swollen) in between them. Is this normal in real labor? Or is that just because it’s false labor?
