Non penetrative sex

I'm almost 3 weeks postpartum. I've been done bleeding for probably 1.5 weeks. I had an episiotomy that needed one stitch but the stitch dissolved forever ago and it never caused me any pain in the first place.

With all that background info, would stuff like fingering and vibrators be okay as long as everything is clean and nothing goes inside? My husband and I almost got a little frisky last night but we got nervous and stopped.
