Anyone else swelling like this? Should I worry?

I’m 24w and every night my feet are super swollen. Like it hurts to bend my toes they’re so swollen. My hands swell too but not as often or as bad.

I don’t stand for long periods, I’m always in pajamas (so loose clothes), I dont eat a lot of salt so I don’t see a reason for the swelling to be this bad.

I had to be induced with my first because of symptoms of preeclampsia and I think swelling is a symptom of that but idk for sure.
