Antidepressants and pregnancy?

I’m just about 14 weeks. Dr just prescribed antidepressants, prozac aka fluoxetine, but said there isn’t enough data to say whether it could be harmful to the baby. 
Wondering if anyone has any insight? Were you on prozac during your pregnancy? If so, what issues occurred? Were things normal? What did your dr or pharmacist say about it?

Hi, i had a look and it seems to be safe enough. I am on anti physiotics as i am bipolar and the doctor said the benefits out-way the risks xx

Theres no data because its unethical to test anything on pregnancy women or infants but they do observe and know whether things are high risk or not. I'm taking lexapro through my pregnancy, both my dr and midwife suggested I continue with it as the risk to the baby is very low

I’m on Prozac and I’m 34 weeks pregnant. Have been on it for years. My ob said it isn’t harmful to the baby.
