Lump in abdomen

Hi ladies, I noticed today that I have a lump in my abdomen. I can feel it, it’s about the size of a quarter and located where I’m showing in the picture. I noticed it while jogging, it was very uncomfortable then and if I push on it but it isn’t causing any pain otherwise. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I’m really not sure what it could be. Part of me thinks

it must be somehow related to childbirth or pregnancy. Has anyone had anything similar?
