Please help

I really need some help to get rid of the redness and scars on my face. Every time I look at myself I feel ashamed and I don’t want to leave the house. Please help me.

This is what it looks like right now and I’ve tried aloe vera, ice cubes, makeup ( it’s still very visible )

I have an appointment in 2 weeks with a dermatologist but I want to get rid of it as quickly as possible so please comment.
