When you have overflow on your period, does it leak up the front of your underwear, or to the back?

Like obviously you bleed from your vagina, but do you find that overflow leaks up towards your lips/urethra? Or back towards your butt? Or both? Or what?

Since I started using a menstrual cup and Thinxx underwear I have not had a so for leak! It is such a huge relief and I love not having to think about it

depends on what I’m doing… If I’m sleeping it goes to the back and if I’m up and about during the day it goes to the front

This is why I like the flex foam pads from always. It goes mostly straight down through the pad and absorbs from there. The top of the pad will not look too spread out but you'll see the bottom of the pad a lot more spread.
