Return of the morning sickness..

So for the past two weeks my morning (all day) sickness has been no where to be found. Once I hit 13 weeks it vanished and I was breathing a sigh of relief because it had been horrible. Thought it was gone for good but yesterday and so far today the nausea is back :( haven't thrown up any but I don't want to eat anything because I feel like I will. Anyone else had it come back after the start of the second trimester? I'm 15wks 1 day today.
