Unmedicated Labor!!

Anyone have any birth stories to share of going unmedicated?

I didn’t get an epidural but really lacked support from anyone I mentioned it too when I was pregnant,.. “wow good luck with that” “don’t be brave just get the epidural” and that created a lot of worry about the pain/experience and self doubt.

I would love to hear some stories in case anyone else needs the support to know it’s totally possible and not as crazy as people think... also I can’t sleep 😴 so would love to hear your story 😊
