Had anyone experienced and insufficient cervix? What were the signs?

I'm so worried this is happening, so I had a big bleed just over 2 weeks ago and I've had on and off spotting ever since and I get an uncomfortable feeling inside my vagina near my cervix and alot of pressure too especially because I want to wee all the time, not really painful but more uncomfortable, I'm terrified, no cramps or back pain, I didn't have it with my son by it scares me to death that I might lose this baby

Edit: Also the big bleed was from a subchronic hemmorage so it could be what's left over but 🤷‍♀️
