Ance out of no where?

I'm usually not always a symptom spotter but this has got me stumped! I never have a problem with pimples or anything except through the teenage years. Now all of sudden I have a bad break out my checks chin down to my neck and arms! Tiny little annoying pimples dry as can be. Almost looks like a rash sometimes I've had it for about 5 days now started right after ovulation. Could this be a early sign?
