The hospital got my baby's name wrong! UPDATED.

I'm so livid and I just don't know what to do! I am not married to my son's father, however, we've been in a committed relationship for 5 years. He was at the hospital the entire time I was there, and SIGNED the birth certificate. He actually filled everything out! And now, two weeks later, I'm finding out the hospital sent his information in with MY last name. Not his dad's! There's got to be something I can do, someone I can hold accountable for this!?

UPDATE: So my son was born on Friday evening, and we stayed until Sunday. Along with not having a lactation consultant on the weekends, they also don't have a birth clerk, from my understanding. This apparently only happens at the location I delivered at, and they are willing to fix it for free once dad and I go and sign a paternity acknowledgement. Super annoying and wish I would've been told this! I've been calling around for hours trying to figure out what happened. Thank you ladies for your suggestions.
