Devistated! HELP

So me an my so are trying to get pregnant life we have been inseminating for the last two days and hoping that we get pregnant but today i found out she is still talking to her ex i have been finding things out for the whole two years we have been together. But in the messages they are saying they love each other her ex just recently had a baby and for you two to still be talking while we are planning a baby and a wedding ur not ready to be with me. What should i do... talk to her or just leave because i havent said anything yet i just found out today. We've talked and she knows how i feel... I'm heart broken
