How to avoid yeast infections
Hey ladies! So I've been getting year infections whenever it gets warm out ( it's been 100 and humid this whole week) and it always gives me a yeast infection. I was wondering how to prevent yeast infections because they're so annoying.
I drink 2-3 gallons of water, only wear cotton underwear, and avoid all carbs! I always have so so so much discharge throughout the day and I think this is what triggers them :/
