Anyone with experience with pre eclampsia? I had high BP with my first but it never turned into

Pre eclampsia. Well the last week My BP spiked so I was sent to hospital for monitoring last night. I have to do a 24 urine test. And then more blood work because my platelets were low (another sign of pre e). I’m freaking out after hearing how dangerous and fatal this can be. I feel like every symptom I have I am associating with it and don’t know what to do. There wasn’t any protein in my urine at hospital but they are checking due to to the other symptoms.
