Extremely itchy throat.

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and for the past two weeks, my throat has been soo itchy like every other day. It's bot a food allergy, because it happens even when I don't eat. I don't have any weird color discharge, so it's not an infection and I have no sign of thrush. Soooo what could this be? Surely if it were just normal sinuses, I'd also have the watery eyes as well, right? I have sneezed a lot since I became pregnant too. Idk what's setting my allergies off or whatever it is.
