I need help could this be implantation bleeding??

I was supposed to get my period on the 11th of Sept 2 days ago I had this light almost pinkish like blood or i dont know if its my period coming but when I wiped myself this is what it would look like could someone please tell me if this is a sign of implantation or that my period is coming. I have been feeling very nauseous and I throw up every now and then I usually dont ever feel tired but lately I have been in need of sleep. I never felt anything like that with my first child. My head hurts sometimes and i feel very bloated. And Im also embarrassed to say this but I have been constipated and I hate that I have never been constipated 😭 please help
