Need some clarity😔

So I went to the ER for painful cramping (no blood though) they did a ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound as well..

It says on my results “No yolk Sac or embryo” I’m 5 weeks and 5 days..

Is that normal?? It also says the sac is 4mm which is also confusing..

Does this mean something is wrong? Apparently the ER doesn’t tell you much .. my OB appt isn’t until October 15th🥺
