Time for a change.

I have recently gained a significant amount of weight and I am more than ready to take the steps to get rid of it. I just beat diabetes a few months ago and I’d like to keep it that way. However, I do have rather severe asthma and that keeps me from being as physical as I should be. So, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or personal success stories about how to get on the right path to a healthier me.
