Is it possible to lose boob weight ?

I'm 17 and I have had trouble for the past couple years trying to loose weight from my chest. I'd really like to tone for summer coming up ! Any tips ?

If you lose fat, you can lose weight in your boobs, but fat loss is the only way. Unfortunately they'll probably be saggy after you lose the weight. Good luck!

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, but if you exercise and eat healthier you will lose fat overall. It'll be down to your genetics where you lose it from first but you will inevitably lose it from your boobs eventually!

It's inevitable that you'll lose some weight in your chest but if you're meant to have a larger chest you will. If anything you'll probably go down the band size (for example from a 36 to a 34). Doing chest exercises with weights can firm them, but you don't want to lose weight too fast or else you may get stretch marks! Good luck!
