Spotting
I found out today that I'm pregnant, I'm SUPER early, 10dpo. My period was supposed to start the 18th. I started spotting this afternoon. 
TMI....
It's like I had a heavy discharge and it was tinted brownish pink when I wiped.
I've had mild cramping as well. I'm scared something is wrong? I know hey say these can be implantation signs, but still nervous... What do you all think? Below are pictures of my tests, first in the AM second about an hour ago, no filters.
