Engorged boobs after birth
My son is currently 6days old. I have been breastfeeding but he cracked my nipples really badly. In the process of them healing, I have been trying to mostly pump and only sometimes latch. Only one boob is engorged. Even though I pump, barely anything comes out. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Thanks in advance!
