So sick 😫

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and a couple days and this is my first pregnancy. I haven’t been to the doctor yet so I have so many questions and concerns. So today I have been so sick with chills, nauseous (no vomiting), and very fatigue. It’s honestly the worst day of my pregnancy so far because I couldn’t even do anything today. I have also been under a blanket all day because I am freezing!!! I have had the normal morning nauseous (without vomiting) but it goes away and it isn’t this bad...Is everything okay with me? Should i be concerned? Is it normal to be cold?...

I’m just so scared...
