Pls !! Opinions

I’m pregnant with my second baby ! With my first I had to get emergency induced my eyes kept going black and when I stood up my head would feel light . It was preeclampsia! Well now I’m pregnant again and it’s happening all over again I’m only barely 5 weeks ! Should I go to the doctor ? Or wait the 2 weeks ? It’s kinda scary . Maybe they can get some medicine for it ? It didn’t start until 38 weeks with my son and they induced me the same day .
