Prayers...

So im currently ten weeks pregnant and around 1:15am i felt off and when i went to the bathroom i wiped and there was red blood.

Hubby and I went to the ER as i checked online and my dr had no availability today.

They did an abdominal ultrasound and found a heartbeat which the dr said was reassuring but when he did the pelvic exam, he said he was concerned because he felt tissue?

I have no idea what is happening but he said it could go either way (MC or everything is ok) I have an ultrasound appt at the hospital tomorrow and im still bleeding (more so brownish for now) which is preparing me for the worst..
