Am i sick or could it be apart of my pregnancy ?

Currently 39 weeks and I've been experiencing cramping , constipation/diarrhea now I am experiencing nausea/vomiting I'm a FTM so I'm not sure If this is a part of pregnancy or not although I haven't had any vomiting at all throughout my whole pregnancy so I'm confused 🤦🏼.

you could have a bug, or labor could be close. some women have vomiting/diarrhea before labor. call your dr!
