Did you experience eye twitching as a symptom?
For almost a week, I've had a twitchy left eye. I eat healthy and get enough sleep, so I don't think it's related to a deficiency in magnesium or restlessness. I also drink plenty of water and don't feel any more stressed than normal. I only get twitchy eyes when my allergies flare, but never for weeks at a time and multiple times in a day! I'm just sooo hoping it's an early symptom 🤞
