Timing BDing with the trigger shot

I’m currently taking letrozole on cycle days 3-7. Tomorrow is my last day. On Sunday I go in for my trigger shot at 9 am. So that means most likely I’ll ovulate Monday right? Should we bd Friday, skip sat and then bd Sunday. Or just to be safe bd all those days? The nurse said as long as we baby dance every third day we’d be ok, but that makes me nervous.
