Cystic acne, TTC

Okay, so I stopped taking a birth control pill in February this year.

I’m 23. I have never really had many acne problems, just occasional pimples which sometimes would be under the skin. Mostly I used to deal with really dry skin and redness. Since being off the pill, it’s no longer severely dry. I’d say I have combo skin.

Well now I’ve been getting cystic acne around my chin, mouth and jaw line.

First, I would love to hear remedies.

2nd, I’m just so concerned t seems out of no where and I’m terrified that it’s a sign I have hormone problems, but we’re trying to conceive.

Does anyone think this could be because I’m just getting back to a regular cycle?? Thoughts?
