UTI or just ovulation ?

So I started ovulating yesterday and normally the first couple days I’m really horny so I started rubbing my clit (no penetration) and when I was getting close to climax the area around my urethra started hurting with kinda a dull pain. Now ever since I’ve been having frequent urges to pee like every 30m - 1h. I’m also kinda constipated and read that can make you feel like you need to pee more but idk. :( if anyone has had this or knows what it’s from please let me know! Thank you!
