FTM! Help

I'm 36 weeks pregnant I had severe diarrhea and was extremely nauseous and shaking early. Baby looks like he dropped today and my belly is squishy he's barely even moved today he's normally very active. I drank some juice im laying on my left side and felt a couple very very light movements. My back is hurting it'll hurt then go away then hurt again it's not like excruciating pain but very uncomfortable. Just wondering if I should got to L&D?
