Acne help

I just need help on how to get rid of my acne some days it’s calm other days they are terrible and hurts my skin is dry some days and others oily. My skin texture has been more on the rough side. And I exfoliate everyday which I know is bad but when I stop my face becomes super dry again. Any advice or help I know my acne has a lot to do with hormones but I’m trying to conceive here soon hopefully and don’t want to do anything to affect my chances.
