I was recommended So Luxury Cocoa Oat Bath products by several moms who’s babies had acne, eczema etc. I just ordered it and will try it. So far, Aveeno unscented lotion has done okay to moisturize, but it’s still there and still feels rough. Surprisingly Baby Dove made it worse and we were told to use soaps sparingly as well. Breast milk cleared up his initial newborn rash, but I’m no longer pumping so that’s not an option anymore for me.

Yes! 2 of my 4 kids got it pretty badly, it peaked around 4 weeks

Yea. I used water wipes and it’s been going away is most parts some parts it’s stuck in but the doctor says it’ll go away before 6 months

My daughter has the same ones, i feel like it is acne. I changed her lotion and shampoo, hopefully it goes away. I was using Johnson and Johnson.
