Chances of full custody?

Me and my daughter's father share joint custody but have a court date next month I filed for full custody. She just turned 7.

Since last year, he has provided 5 different addresses, (1 of which was a fake and he never lived at!) Daughter got bruises on her face a a knot on her head from physical abuse from his ex (dhr was called of course), sexually abused by her son which her dad doesn't believe. I took her to our children's center and she has been going to counseling for it.

Came back with lice 3 times, married 2 months into dating a new woman but doesn't live with her and now has the ex that abused my daughter BACK at his house, last week he knew I was out of town and flew off to Vegas with new girl and completely left our daughter without a way home from school with no care for her arranged so I had to drive like a maniac and pick her up from after care. it was my husband's birthday trip that we lost hundreds of dollars on, so that sucked, but more importantly the fact he just left the state knowing she didn't have anywhere to go makes me sick. It was his court week so I thought it was safe to leave town especially since I informed him ahead of time. THANK GOSH I was only 2 hours from home.

He has kept her 3 nights in a month and has me getting her everyday from school on his time.

All of this has been proven through DHR, the children's center, and documented. The dhr sexual abuse worker who interviewed her and the therapist will be called to testify as well as we will be using the video from the children's center of her telling them about the sexual abuse.

PLEASE tell me I have a good chance of getting full custody against this moron. I am so tired of going through this crap with him.
