I’ve never seen a mosquito bite get red all around it like that. That’s slightly worrisome. Draw around the edges with pen or marker to see if the redness spreads. And watch for any red lines extended from bite towards the heart. 😬

That does not look like a mosquito bite at all. It could be a spider bite. Just keep a close eye on your LO for signs of anything out of the ordinary and as PP has said, trace the outside to watch for it spreading. Hopefully it goes away soon! It looks angry and probably itchy/painful.

Thank y’all! I took him to the doctor and it is a mosquito bite, he’s just highly allergic.

I react like that to mosquito bites too, it sucks. Try an ice pack for swelling and itchiness.
