Which swing worked for you?

I've heard a lot of great things about the mamroo but I've also heard a lot of stories where people go out to buy the graco because their mamaroo didnt cut it. Curious if that's really the case.

Neither. My kid hated all swings equally. He was a bouncer baby.

The mamaroo is currently my only form of sanity 😳
They had them for the nicu babies (who were in open cribs) and the babies were so peaceful in them.  
I started using ours for day sleeping as soon as we got home.

I had something made by fisher price that was like the mamaroo. I forget what it was called but I think it was like a 4 in 1 rock and glider. It did the same gliding movements as the mamaroo and was a lot cheaper. My daughter didn’t like it as much so I’m glad I didn’t spend a ton on it (got second hand from someone) or get the mamaroo like I was going to.

I think all babies are completely different when it comes to swings! What may work for one child may not work for the next.
I tried several different swings and my baby hated them. My mom bought a graco glider for her house and my baby LOVED it and would sleep in it for hours for naps.

I got a graco ‘simple sway’. My son hated the mamaroo lol I’m glad I didn’t spend the money. (Brother let me borrow it and I gave it back) I got the graco one used lol. I was thinking of finding a mamaroo used but then I don’t see the point for us.
