Losing baby weight advice??
So I was 120lbs before baby. But two years before that my average weight was 130-140lbs with my max at 155lbs. I’m now 178lbs 😔 I worked really hard to lose that weight and now I’m at negative square 4 😢 the week I’ve been keeping track of my calorie in take, walking when I can (I work, go to school and have baby since I’m a single mom) I was 180lbs when I started keeping track of my stuff but what kind of foods or drinks can help with the baby pooch?? Or help lose weight in my thighs? I feel so insecure about my body. I breastfeed my baby too so i cant diet a lot apparently. I know everyone says give your body 9 months after baby since it took 9 months to grow but I just wanna feel good about myself again. And not want to cry every time I see my reflection.
I struggled with my weight for so long and then two years ago I finally got the body I always dreamed of and I got pregnant with my baby. I’m so happy that I had my little angel but I just wish some of the weight would go away... I gained almost 60lbs and lost 34 of it and then I gained more back :( my biggest insecurity are my thighs. I’ve ALWAYS hated them and then I had a thigh gap and now it’s back to barely squeezing into anything... I just want to cry.
