Positive ovulation test strips vs digital

So on Tuesday in the evening/ early afternoon I got a positive opk on the cheapie strips from amazon. Negative on my first response digital though. Didn’t get a chance to BD that night unfortunately.

Yesterday, at 1100, i got my positive ovulation test on the first response digital. So we BD’d yesterday evening.

Would i be ovulating today? Which opk should i go by?

Do you think we still have decent odds this month?
