He noticed my hair change - does it mean anything?

I know it sounds like a silly question but the way things happened make wonder if it’s true that when men notice changes they’re super into you.

I dyed my hair super red to the point where o was a bit on edge about it. He’s an attorney and he’s usually pretty busy at the beginning of the week, anyway I sent him a picture of me. He responded and complimented the photo, two days later he sends me a pic so I end up sending him a selfie as well and he says the following:

“Did you color your hair? And cut it?”

When I tell him that I did

He tells me “I like it, it looks good”

would you gals say this means he’s into me a whole lot or it’s just a compliment?
