Any teachers on here?

I know this isn't pregnancy related but I'm kind of unsure on how to handle this situation I'm having with my daughters teacher. My daughter is 1st grade she is in a advanced class at a charter school her teacher this year is a new teacher and my daughter has come home and told me a few things that I feel a teacher Shouldn't say I guess she addresses one of the students in my daughters class as a liar which in front of other students I just feel that's wrong. Then she tells the students that count on their fingers that's for babies and little kids hello she's a little kid she's just learning math and if that helps her get the correct answer why tell them that? And another thing is my daughter was sick a week ago I wrote the teacher a email asking her to give gianna her homework that gets handed out on Mondays to her on Tuesday and she never did I wrote her 4 different times and she kept telling me she watched gianna put it in her book bag but I checked her bag as soon as she got in the car by Thursday she told me she would have gianna do it in class on Friday but I asked my daughter and she said the teacher wouldn't let her do it that the teacher told her that she gave it to her on tuesday.... I don't want to address the teacher with all this because I don't want her to start singling my daughter out in a negative way. Should I talk to the school or leave it alone?
