Haakaa?

How often or how many times a day do you use your Haakaa? Baby is 7 weeks old and I’ve maybe only used it like twice but in want to start using it again to catch all this extra milk that leaks when I let down. So do you use it at every feed or just in the mornings or at night?

I use it at every feeding! I get 3-4 oz with it every time!

I know a lot of moms love the haaka and I thought I’d be one of them, but I found it rather pinchy/uncomfortable and hard to use with my giant boobs. So I used it a few times and then got rid of it! 🤷‍♀️ Great concept though!

I used it every feed my son would only nurse on one side at a time so the other side I used mine on.

Three months in I mostly use it at night or early morning. Just putting it on the side baby isn’t on, because I only nurse one side at a time.
