Will my vagina shrink back down?

Ok so my ex had a HUGE D to the point where sex could sometimes be painful with him but it was still good and we had 4 years of good, regular sex. Fast forward to now and the new guy I’m seeing has a smaller but still ample D and when it’s in my hands or mouth it feels great but when I’m super wet, I can hardly feel him inside me and I’m worried my ex has ‘stretched me out’ over the years. Will I get tighter again?

Just a quick edit : I don’t think that the inside of my vagina stayed the size of his penis, I am aware that women give birth! I just meant have I lost tone in the muscles and will that return on its own or should I be exercising the area (kegals etc) 🤦🏼‍♀️
