Hi! I would love to know any supplements, therapies, natural alternatives, etc that helped you concieve easily at 35+ years old? Thank you!!

I haven’t been successful, but saw a Fertility OBGYN in July and she gave me this. Arrows were her prescription, circles were for my consideration.

I’m not over 35 but had to see a fertility specialist due to low egg number. Doctor put me on vitamin D because my vitamin D leveled were too low to sustain a pregnancy. I was also on prenatal and Coq10.

I had my first at 33 and got pregnant the second cycle - 2nd pregnancy at 37 and got pregnant the first cycle (ended up in miscarriage in August) what helped me : 
- healthy diet and exercise
- prenatals
- vit d and c (Check your levels) 
- Omega 3
- co q10
- chart and opk

Nothing....but luck. And eventhat wasn’t consistent. The first round got pregnant after 3 months off birth control, which i considered quick & lucky. But that ended in MC. Took another 5 months to get pregnant.
