Pumping advice

So I barley supply any milk however I am still pumping to keep the supply going.

I usually pump and dump at work but started thinking I should try and save the milk to feed the milk for baby.I produce about 2 oz in 8 hours

How do you guys keep the pump clean and safe for baby and do you guys pump and combine all the milk in one baby bottle or do i need separated milk bottles for each pump session

Also can milk go from being in fridge to in the car (Drive home to baby is about 1 hour)

i was thinking ice packs but they will melt with no freezer at work

help!
