Help please
I had and miscarriage at 11 weeks on 9/13 and I believe I ovulated on 9/29 well today on 10/5 I took an pregnancy test to make sure everything was okay. (The obgyn told me too) and it was a faint positive. I’m having lower belly cramping but not like an period just lighter and no bleeding. Anyone can tell me what’s happening.
