Fetal Fibronectin ???

Hi gals, I am new here and just had a couple questions, I am hoping this is the right place to ask. I am 32 weeks and got a positive on a fetal fibronectin on Friday. I’ve already been given the full round of steroids for baby’s lungs and a shot to stop contractions at 28 weeks. But I still have contractions ALOT. I’m dilated to a 2 and 50% effaced. Any thoughts on how long it may be before I deliver? What does this test really mean? Should I be concerned? How long after you got a positive did you deliver? I’ve had 2 negatives over the last month and now it’s positive. My doctor wasn’t helpful at all. She just said take it easy and we will see what happens. Any insight or help would be so appreciated, I am pretty overwhelmed and scared. I delivered my DD at 36 weeks but I never thought this baby would come this early, I figured around 36 weeks again.
