Burning/Itching

Can someone help me with this issue that I'm having ? When I use the restroom (peeing) my vagina burns and stinging when I wipe , the same feeling after intercourse, white discharge, my back hurts really bad , but I am also on my period. I have had a yeast infection before but the itching is different.
