Blood Pressure

Just curious if anyone else has this problem... when I get my blood pressure taken MANUALLY it reads normal like 117/70 normal. But then when they take it with a machine it reads a totally different number that makes it seem like my blood pressure is elevated. I’m 18... I do not smoke , drink , and I’m quite active. So should I believe the manual blood pressure ? One day the machine read over 93 and that worried me to where now it’s all I think about. I was having anxiety at the moment though.
