Whats going on? Please answer.

I typically have a 28-30 day cycle. Its cycle day 32 today and no period. had cramps yesterday like i was going to start.. Had light brown discharge yesterday for only about an hour and not enough for any protection, now its back to white discharge. Wtf? Its to late for implantation bleeding isnt it? My period always starts the same day i spot.
