Sleep routine ?

Hi, is anyone else struggling to find routine & getting them to sleep longer? My little one is 6weeks old an doesnt seem to go longer than 3 hours at night without waking for another feed. He has also struggled to find routine & has now also started doing his bottles in 2 stages 😫 any ideas or tips of hour to get him to sleep longer an have more of a routine ? Appriciate any help!

My baby is the same as yours, even with feeding. He’s always had a weird feeding routine, more like “snack feeding” as I guess it’s called. It’s improving slowly I think. But I also think it’s better for him since he has reflux and spits up a ton even with formula to reduce spit up. Other than one random night, he never sleeps longer than 4 hours and even that isn’t super common and will only occur during one stretch of sleep at night followed by 1-2 hour stretches. He’s 7 weeks tomorrow and I was hoping it would be better by now.
I have taken another person’s suggestion on here and will be giving him a bath every night but will just use soap 2x/week followed by a lotion massage and swaddling (which I’ve been doing). I also just bought the SwaddleUp to try.. hope he likes it better than the Halo swaddle we currently use. We also started to use white noise beginning last night. And, as always, we keep the lights dim during feedings and diaper changes. 
I do think part of the issue for my boy is that due to reflux, he doesn’t take a lot of formula at one feeding (max of 4 ounces and usually takes breaks with that and lots of burping by me to avoid spit up)... if he could eat more at each feeding and get most of the ounces during the day, I think he would sleep longer.
Definitely envious of everyone getting sufficient sleep. My eyes continue to be blood shot every single day 😑

My babe is going to be 3 months at the end of this month. I usually keep mines up till 10 after my older kids go to bed at 930 I take her a warm bath using Johnson bed time and the lotion I nurse her from one breast and she usually falls asleep I then wake her up burp her and feed from the other side she’s usually in bed at aroun 1030 or 11. And wakes at 6 or 7am we’re still working on daily naps but I think the main thing is getting the baby nice and full before bed time also my baby girl wakes her self up with her hands and stuff so another thing that keeps her asleep is swaddling her at bed time hope this helps good luck 💜

We keep our daughter up until 10 or 11 also. It's nice to do bedtime routine with my toddler so nothing changed for him (just about the only area of life untouched for him) and then she gets her own time (structured without toddler interruptions) later... A big bottle & burp, diaper change, and a swaddle. She might fall asleep in our arms or in the lounger, but we move her to her own crib when we go to sleep.
But some kids just won't sleep for long chunks of time for months and months. Feed him in the middle of the night if he needs it...if it's part of his "routine," then it's ok, it's just what he happens to need.

I'm struggling too, my 8 week old (35 week preemie) does not sleep longer than 3 maybe 4 hr on occasion stretches and he eats a bunch all day and all night not sure what I'm doing wrong
